Crankcase Breather Grommet

Need a source for the old style stock breather grommet that has the big upper lip on it that will covet the slots in the valve cover hole so I can use a push in 3/4 inch breather in a die cast Mopar Hi Performance valve cover that has the slotted hole in it.
