I had 2 or 3 of those in my craftsman kits I bought over the years. wore them puppy's out now
I use something similar and ended up with this in my tool box (yup still use it )3/8" and 1/2" in there. Called ratchet spinners

In aus we get them in cheap 15 -20 piece socket sets most people I know throw them out I know I have lost a couple with them falling out of the cases and not noticing, but yep 3d print would be ideal and in all sizes from 1/4 to 1/2
 
Up here in the Cool Blue North we have a merchant called Princess Auto. These are on sale right now. Some of the best doo-hickies in my collection for sure.

I have a set of these and use them on almost every job I do. They are great for those times when you want to finger tighten something initially but the threads are a little buggered up.
