disc brake spindles

The answer to Redfish's question is no. The width (or even offset/backspacing) of the wheel is less important to "fitting" on a disk brake equipped car than the diameter. As rotor diameter increases the caliper moves out away from the spindle centerline. I've not put every kind/type of wheel on every kind/type of disk brakes and there are always exceptions. However I do know that if you run the 11.75 dia Mopar rotor you must run some kind of 15" dia wheel or larger. If you have the 10.87 (std "A" BBP rotor OD) you can use most 14" dia wheels but not necessarily all/any.
