Yes,it is.
It was purchased new at Shortmen's Dodge in Topeka. I was told it used to be used in a lot of parades by the original owners.
The car was a slant six when I got it. It has gone through many changes over the last 20 years.
Do you have a picture of it from then you can share? I looked at a red slant six car years ago. If i remember right it was cheap but i wasn't smart enough to scoop it up.
