Plastic blinker assembly question

Well, I looked all over for that spare installation kit and don't see it anywhere.
They do sell them though, and that wheel does look like a Grant wheel.

That doesn't look right I need the copper ring that is mounted to the triangle mounting piece. Thanks for your time and help
