66 Dart GT HT Whatsitgonnabe?
When it comes to the Dart, I actually worked on it this weekend. I mounted the 67 and up-style hanging gas pedal and fabbed a bracket for the throttle and kick-down cables. It's not the prettiest, but the LD340 intake is very poorly equipped when it comes to mounting bosses for brackets and such.
It's not my finest work but it's pretty sturdy.
I'm a little confused by how the kick-down is supposed to work. I thought I had it figured out but now I think the cable pulls in the wrong direction if it's mounted the way I have it now. It's the one furthest to the right in the pic.
I want it to pull the lever on the trans toward the front of the car when I floor it, is that correct?
