Which part of that seems like a dumb question? I think it's a damn good one. Anyone who acts like you should be born knowing all of this stuff is a boob...and not the good kind.
Yes, some of us were lucky enough to have grown up in a garage helping dad (or mom) wrench on the old Newport or whatever and absorbed this information through osmosis. The rest of us have to figure this stuff out some other way.
While I completely agree with the other responses (yes, the Barracuda is a Unibody car), you could make a snarky argument that that the front clip and the rest of these car can move as two separate units under stress...which is why we need those damn subframe connectors. :)
