I grew up in the late 70's..early 90's ,listen to a touch of. country and western.
My favorite, to go to : Brooks and Dunn , old school: Waylon Jennings,...,Hank Sr. & Jr. ,Reba... Not much of a country guy ,,,passion ,inspiration kinda kicks butt..
Share yours....

Waylon, Willie, Jerry Reed, Marty Robbins and the Oak Ridge Boys, but I usually hang on the outskirts of country with Gram Parsons, Commander Cody, Pure Prairie League and New Riders of the Purple Sage

Ok, this has to be a "band?
Very loosely since you started with country "stars".
Most anything on the CMA does not interest me.
It's canned, copied and unoriginal cookie cutter shower singers.

All of your pick's plus Jaimie Johnson

In my mind "band" refers to musicians. Allen Jacksons band.

willy and waylon, johnny cash, hank jr. , meryl haggard . The Highwaymen. :)

:D.........

Being a part time roadie for my brothers band got me to liking a lot of C & W in the early to mid 80's. He went from Rock and 50's to C-W and 50's then into Top 40's.
Remembering these........
Lynyrd Skynyrd
Alabama
Kenny Rogers
Eddie Rabbit
