I think that is pretty cool.
Have you considered using it & porting the intake?
 
Zyglo ??? OK is someone questioning if it has been liquid penetrant tested and they marked an arrow to what looks like a crack. I did penetrant testing on new castings from 2004 to 2013. Checking it now with only a blacklight will be useless, any penetrant from 50 years ago will be gone
 
At first I did think about using it on my Barracuda since it has the factory 2bbl intake and carb, but the more I thought about it the more I think it will just be garage art. I have tried to get a hold of the guy who has it both by phone and e-mail and no response. So if he does not respond, or if he does and has already made a deal with it then all I can do is wait.
 
Hard to tell but it looks like the head mating surfaces have yet to be machined.
 
IMHO, the low deck single plane wasnt that good of an intake. It was a way to get a 4bbl under the hood of the 65 as most all other 4bbl intakes were dual plane. QA $75 Performer would work better.
