Question regarding qa1 K member

I am planning on using a qa1 k member, cutting off the mounts and using Andy F’s motor plate and TTI’s. Is there anything I am missing here? I hate to have to cut the new member, but if I’m using the plate, who cares?

I use AJE tubular K member I think I had on mine had to make a motor mount adjustment on the passenger side, Im not sure about Qa1.
