I got this as part of a parts lot and have no idea what it's off of. The carb inlet measures 4 1/4" in diameter, the top is about 11" in diameter. Blank wrinkle finish, doesn't appear to have any number stamped on it. Came with some big block, mid 60's B body stuff but that might not mean anything at all. Thanks for the help!

I’ve seen a few of those, early afb carb but it’s possible someone painted it black but that seams exactly like my 273 commando with the exception of the finish. Is it for sale?

Yeah it looks like it was originally a wrinkle coat finish that's been repainted/touched up at some point. It will be for sale once I figure out what it fits and can figure out a fair price for it. I did some looking around on the 'net and the dimensions of it are a little different than some of the stuff I found, and it seems like some of those air cleaners have a really big price swing depending on what their application is.

Did u check out Nicks Garage?

the smaller inlet was early Carter AFB's and that looks like a 273 without C.A.P cover. Most were chrome that you see for sale.

1962-66 361, 383 and 413 4-Barrel.

Same air cleaner as '65-7 273 4-barrel except it is painted black...

That looks like the ticket! This one doesn't have the fitting for the breather, and the bottom plate looks a little different than some of the ones shown at Nick's but that's probably a specific year/s thing.
