Guess you didnt click on the link to Topaz that I posted? It is not Photoshop but can be used as a stand alone editor. But it will take an image and turn it into an oil painting...by using simple presets. Pretty sure it will also allow you to change the color of a car as well. I have 0 use for Photoshop...not into "making pictures".
