Only reason for the spook is it’s a cheap way to get both tires to spin. But I might just leave the 2.76 gears and the peg leg in sake of just getting her down the road. I’m to excited to wait haha.
So I have made some progress. Pulled that rear end apart and painted it up. Need to have the axles redrilled for big bolt pattern.
Just went and picked up the engine today from the machine shop. New cam bearings and plugs installed. Had them clean up the cylinders. Everything turn out good.
Picked up a set of bare EQ mags, ordered some new valves and Hughes springs/retainers. Built them myself, which was pretty fun. So now to get the engine build going and then get the trans rebuild kit to get that going. I am shooting to have it on the road by my birthday in August. Fingers crossed.
Also I’m in the process of looking/purchasing a house. Need a big garage though!
