The only experience I have as a corvette owner was when I agreed to help fix/sell my father in laws 72 Stingray. I dumped almost $1k into it of my own money, got it running and driving, took it to a few shows with a for sale sign in the window, and in the end, didn’t get a penny of my money back. It was the worst riding car I’ve ever driven, and maybe one of the worst deals I’ve gotten into. To think that your FIL would stuff you when you tried to help him offload that piece of **** for him. Oh yea, is is one of the biggest assholes I’ve ever met, no wonder my Mom-in-Law dumped his lousy, cheating, lying, crack smoking drunk ***!!
