I finally scored a decent transmission here locally and trying to figure out what all I need to get here. I've already got a lokar cable kickdown kit, and I have a B&M ratchet shifter. I know I need the small shift levers that go on the trans but not sure on the specific name. What else do I need here guys? Thanks for the help.

There is only 1 lever that goes on the trans it's held on with a 7/16 nut that's all you need probably get one from a trans shop cheep I installed a lokar shift cable also got rid of all the rods

Besides the set up mentioned in post #3, you'll need a throttle lever. I got one from A&A Transmissions intended for kickdown cable conversions. At the time the P/N was KDK 3358, but looks like they changed their numbers since last summer.

Anyway, this is how they should look.

Just thought I would add that they don't need to look exactly like that either.
Factory stock levers look quite a bit different than that, but still do the same thing.
(Just so 440 seven doesn't make the search harder than it needs to be)

..........ew wait a minute.........YUP. You MUST HAVE the B&M shift lever to match the transmission, NOT the OEM one

Yea I have the B&M piece already I guess I need to find the lockdown lever and I’m good?

I just added a return spring on my cable operated Throttle lever, which seems to be a popular move among those who know. Made a simple bracket that bolted right up to the case in a nice convenient spot.
