Well I just looked in the OE owners manual and on page 45 it clearly states 1034A.
I think that is the most definitive answer!
When I cleaned one of the turn signal housings there was a painted bulb in the socket. It would not come out, so it killed me to do it... broke the glass it to grab onto the base and apply more pressure.
