Kb215 wrist pin diameter

Looking my into a 451 build with KB215 pistons & 440 rods. They list ly rods @ .990 pin diameter but these pistons say 1.09?

Is this an inner vs outer diameter measurement?

The stock rods (LY) have the 1.09 diameter pin. I looked at the KB 215 pistons on summits site and they are advertised as being 1.094, so one could assume they will work well with the stock type rods. The .990 size is common for aftermarket setups and is the standard big block chevy diameter. These measurements are the inside diameter.
