Steering wheel moves on its own

Jack it up so both front wheels are in the air, then crack the bolts loose on the valve. This is very importent DO NOT REACH THROUGH THE STEERING WHEEL TO START if you do when it starts it will try to break your arm when the wheel turns. now with it running take a small hammer and tap the valve to the rear and then to the front till you find the happy spot, tighten the bolts and shut it off. Start it up and see if the wheel kicks right or left make a fine adjustment till it starts without kicking and you will be good. good luck!
