yeah. just down the road from me is Ben Miller, world record holder for power levels out of a Powerstroke, at last record, 1600 hp and 2200 ft lbs. and i know the last season i pulled, he'd gone thru 3 engines. Meanwhile, the 5.9 and 6.7 cummins are laying closer to 3000 hp and 4000 ft lbs and surviving. Somehow. With 2 less cylinders.
