Fair price for a set of j heads?

I dunno, man, "Run of the mill" doesn't apply on something like this as Mopar no longer makes the castings. I don't think the 360 magnums are the same. It applies when someone wants cast iron heads, not everyone will want to run aluminum. IMO aluminum is high maintenance, and will need head gaskets replaced at some point. This may be a non issue however as a resto probably wouldn't get driven much and racers don't mind tearing their engines down frequently. I don't think selling the stuff for the price of scrap is wise, unless we are talking 318 heads, they are or were dime a dozen, hell someone gave me a set for free once, but that was back in 1990. I also don't think the stuff is gold either, I think $300 for the J head set is reasonable, but keep in mind I am on the east coast and these cars got scrapped and crushed in short order in my part of the country, they also rusted out very quickly.
