187 more VINs for items available to claim by the cars owners for free were added to the searchable database at The 1970 Hamtramck Registry - Found Section late last night.

If you have not looked there for your VIN lately, this would be a good time to try again. Best of luck!

I am still quite sure that this section will have well over 9000 items available to claim by the end of the year.

We have had history claimed on two more cars so far this month, thanks again to everyone that has helped with this endeavor!

Barry, any info from Windsor, I have 1970, 1971, & 1972 Dart Swinger's, all factory 340 cars. The 71 & 72 are Canadian Special's. I have most info on 1970 as been collecting since 1982. The 71 & 72's since late 80's

Cool site.
I'll have to get my VINs to do a search.
How much $ to join ?
Thanx

It's a free service but donations from found items sent in to monetary help to help keep it all going are always appreciated.

Another member told me there were about 1100 Cudas with 360's in 74.
Mine with a 4 speed is one of 398

There are quite a few '4B' records there waiting to be claimed.

So, my friend's dad bought a new 1970 Cuda when he got back from Vietnam.
He thought it was a 383 4 speed. I see a rally hood, dual pipes, hood pins, maybe fish gill rockers.
Can I check with PennDOT on a VIN from the license plate ?

All 1970 Cudas had the gilled rockers except for the AARs.

This one also appears to have the A22 front & rear elastomeric bumper package, Lemon Twist paint & 15" steelies - cool car!

I have not tried to get any info from PenDot, best of luck.

If he had it insured back then, his agent may have the VIN recorded in his file?
