I have a '65 dart. I also have a '66 dart rad support. I believe that this helps with choosing a new radiator/selection. Does the support have to be welded or can it be bolted in for easier motor swaps in the future?
 
Greeting from Gibraltar! The 65/66 core supports are the same and will accept a 22 in wide radiator. They were spot welded in quite a few places to the frame rails and inner fenders.
 
Bolt them and see if it feels secure? If it doesn't add more bolts. Good idea. I think spot welds were more of a money and time saver?
 
I was thinking of separating the top section of mine to make it bolt in, since I know I'll be changing the motor eventually. I can't see why it wouldn't be strong enough.
