Stop in for a cup of coffee

Our Sears is closing and we were considering buying one of their garage door openers. Since they are 25% off now. This is the one we were thinking.

Welcome to Sears.com

We have a 9'W x 8'H insulated door it would be going on, our 3rd bay and only gets used to take Grimace out. Thoughts on this opener?

Oh also where the hell can you exchange broken craftsman tools at now?

I havent returned anything yet, but I did bring the ratchet with when I went last weekend. They didnt have anything left on the shelf to even make an exchange.

Don't exchange them. The new craftsman stuff is absolute junk and has been for a few years. About a year ago my grandfather decided to trade in a bunch of his old craftsman 1/2 and 3/4 in drive ratchets cause they were just plain wore out, well the new ones last about 4 months before all were junk. Plastic gears, plastic selectors just plain junk. If you have a pre 2000ish ratchet, check with your local snap on rep, they can sometimes rebuild the old ones using the snap on parts. It'll cost you 25-30 bucks but worth it. Again, from first hand experience
