Have you checked out @Horseshoe49 s page on 71 Dart Transformation? I think he had the 71 at bowling green last weekend. He is still getting it sorted out but I believe you would call that a small tire car. Maybe he will chime in.
I fallowed his build from the start. I have been on this forum a long time and I honestly believe it is one of the most impressive builds on here. I cant think of anyone else running a small block mopar at those numbers.
