Yea, it's touch and go with the Rock. I will say I have got a few parts from them at super low prices. I ordered a brake light switch from them for my 88 Ram D350. Pretty big switch with multiple plugs $1.66. Local parts store wanted over $30.Was it Rock Auto's mistake ? Also I ordered weatherstrip for the same truck $19 to do both doors. When the package came in it looked like a fork lift ran it over.What was inside was junk. I e-mailed them for a return and got a reply that they would send out a new set and don't bother returning the damaged.

I have bought a lot from Rock Auto and for the most part things have been fine. I've had a couple of problems with brakes for both my 02 WRX and my Duster. I sent back the wrong part to them this time on my dime and out of convenience to me I ordered the Centric Reman caliper. The part that sucks the most is they have no phone customer service and the fact that I had to pay for shipping on a mistake that was not mine. I should've went to NAPA or Oreillys to begin with and my car would've been back on the ground by now. What good are good prices if its a crap shoot on getting the right parts when ordered?
