disc hose part number wanted

Does anyone have a source for hoses for KH discs with the D hole bracket on the caliper? I have the Rockauto listed hoses for 67 KH discs. Dorman H71319, wont go in the bracket without cutting on it. need a hose part number with a D type fitting.
