I'm in Ottawa and have a good pair of spindles w/caliper brackets for $100. They will need to be cleaned up and painted.
(they are 73+B,R,f,M,J spindles. The calipers brackets are for the 10.89" disks)
all the other associated parts are available at your favorite parts stores.
