I just ordered one of those (after much research and comparison) with cable and linkage/bracket. Only issue is I was told it's a 6-8 week wait as they are inundated with orders. The best feature I saw was you don't have to pull a lever to go from second to third. Just hit it or pull it.
These shifters always take a long time to get but I love mine. The only other shifter I would consider would be an M&M shifter. They are designed a lot like the PPP shifter.
