heres an option from Trans-Dapt -
Trans Dapt 7066 - Universal 5-Lug Wheel Adapter - 5-Bolt Wheel Adaptations to 4 in. Bolt Circle (4.5 in. x 0.5 in. RH Lug) it's aSBP to BBP adapter that is supposed to be 1/2 inch thick so you could just remove the BBP studs and use it as a spacer , pricey but so far thats it for my search . I'll pull a wheel off tomorrow and see if there is a name and part # on the ones I am using .
