I would sell you for a reasonable price a project car of mine that was an ex race car and has been tubbed and back halfed poorly etc. that would be perfect for you.
It's a '69 fast back Barracuda formula S that was originally a 340 automatic console car in Y2 yellow.
It's rough, but not nearly as rough as either of the cars you showed pictures of here.
This is more of what you should be looking for IMHO if you want a major project....................
