The cutsie-wootsie things our kids say....

When Jacob (21) was a toddler, among many large words he couldn't pronounce "helicopter" . Funny thing is his little brother, Joshua (10), count either. The both pronounced it as "heckeltoctor" . Their little sister, Jessica (7), never had a problem with it.... I figured it's because girls are naturally more wordy.

However, Jessica wanted a "family size" cookie one day a few years ago. I had grabbed a cookie or 2 from the pantry, she saw me eating and said she didn't want the cookies I had, she wanted a family size cookie. Told her she had to show me what she meant, because we only had Oreos and Chips Ahoy in there. She led in by my hand, had me get the basket down and said she wanted one of these ones.... LOL. Gave her one and she was happy.
