3" Dynomax Ultraflow Carnage

Never had any problems with Walker/Dynomax mufflers through the years until these Ultraflo's pn17220 3" in/out. Around 2000+ road miles, 10 passes down the 1/8, they seemed to change in sound a while back, not as crisp? On way to work this morning in the van, running great, came to a stop a few blocks away from work and all of a sudden rattling like sheets of metal being jack hammered! Took a look, could see and feel split seams. Great! Picked up some exhaust repair tape and some aluminum metal tape and tried to do a rig, no good. The drive home from work it really got bad and blew it apart even more. And the other muffler I could feel a split on top! What crap, wtf! Seems it's not unheard of that these things split apart, from some extensive searches. Sounded awesome while they lasted, not very long though. Biggest pieces of **** I've ever bought!
