I gave the Army 4 yrs of my life
Hard to believe I retired from the big green machine over 23 years ago.
Hooah, Happy Birthday Army!
Did Boot Camp at Fort Knox and AIT at Fort Gordon. After 2.5 years I transferred to the Air Force!!

Wish I had been that smart. 24 years.
Lol. My half brother was Air Force so I think that helped me make the switch.
I was Army Reserve for 2.5 years, then Air Force 21 years. Wish I would have stayed for 30!!
Happy Birthday big Green! 4yrs for me. Ft.Dix, Ft. Campbell attached to the 101st, and Badenerhof Kaserne (RIP), the worst BEST years of my life... my oldest son just signed on this month... ironically, he's the age that I signed and I'm the age my mom was when I did.

I retired from the big green machine 8 years ago, 21 years in total......I miss those guys!

I was at my wits end at 24, I didn’t have the patience for 30. At all.
Its been a challenge for me trying to find a job with the same sense of service and satisfaction as my military career.
