Hello all

I don't actually have an A body but I have a A100 p/u... that counts for something hopefully :thumbsup: and I dig anything Mopar

Currently planning a turbo slant 6 for Hoopty (our A100) and have read so much here that I thought I'd join and maybe be able to ask some questions and enjoy some of the other features of this site. Incredible wealth of knowledge here.

I'm also on slantsix and vintage vans but it seems this site may be a little more frequinted by the slant six guys.

Why don't you drop a Hemi in the bed short coupled to rear axle. That would be way cool.

I did consider going resto for a while mod and drop a 5.7 in the stock compartment.. I've had a few of the modern Hemis and love'm. It's just not in the time or money budget right now. Plus I'm not sure that it would be Hoopty anymore. There's something about the slant and the three on the tree that just "fits"
 
Back again! Just realized I spelled Impostor wrong for this thread.. DOH!

Anyway.. Thought I'd pop back in and say hey. Once again I'm back to thinking it's time to get Hoopty out. Being a little more realistic in my expectations (of time) and getting back to basics. Skipping the turbo Slant for now and just gonna add my 2 barrel manifold with a new weber and exhaust. Gotta be some Web'd slants here somewhere haha.

And yes, I'm on slantsix.org as well
