my question: is there suppose to be an inner fender well clamp that holds heater hose's in place or do the just lay there and if so does anyone know who sells them. I do have the two aluminum straps that go on them already! Also if a clamp is used I do not see any hole to use on top of inner fender?

I have seen 3 different ones, an inner fender top, a shock bolt mount and a tall one on intake or head bolt. Don't know about correctness but all would work. I would think classic or year one and my favorite - eBay would have them

I already have the one that goes on the head, I was wanting to know if there was one that was (suppose) to mount on inner fender?

I don't know the differences with the different years/engines.
In 67 they just ran across the valve cover with no support.
Some were on the valve cover with a support, others the inner fender.

Do you know that your year/engine combination were run that way?

Bill, as I said there is one, probably not correct for your application but will work. Vans Auto, eBay, both show it for around the same price. Hope this helps.
