Here's a quick video of my 68 Dart 408 w/Hooker Aerochamber mufflers. Doesn't seem like many people know about or use these mufflers but my dad and I both use them and love them.

Exhaust consists of headers, 3 inch pipes (no crossover), and 3 inch Hooker Aerochambers w/turndowns at the axle.

I'll get another video driving it later but I'm in the process of getting the interior and big tires on this weekend.

I have them on my 408. 3” in, 2 1/2 out the back. I think they sound great... not too loud and not tinny.

They sounded great. Like Ott said "not tinny"...but quiet on the inside. Well relatively quite... not boomy .
I think I will run them on this next build except all the way out the back with 3"...

What cam are you using ?

I would love to here it with tailpipes.

Also I wonder how a pair of resonators before the tips would effects the sound ?

Please post a video of no load 5000 rpm spike of the throttle please . Ok mabey 3500 you decide thanx:thumbsup:

I have them on my 525hp 426 wedge, and they are loud as hell, lol dumps at the axle as well. TTI headers and 3" TTI Xpipe system. They quieten down once you get rolling, i have a .245/.251 duration solid lifter cam at .050, so it a bit lumpy. Had them on my BBC Camaro as well. I like the sound.

The cam is a flat tappet hydraulic 244/248 @ .050. 108 LSA, 565/570ish lift. With my springs being relocated into the frame I really can't run tail pipes unless I put a fuel cell in.

3" TTI X Pipe kit and hooker muffs .
