LED Dash Cluster Bulb Install On 70 Dart

So, I'm changing out my bulbs on my 1970 Dart and I've run into a few small issues.

All of the bulbs light up when I turn the ignition on. Turn signals, dash illumination, high beams, everything. When I turn the headlight switch on or off it doesn't make a difference.

When I turn the dimmer up and down nothing happens. When I turn the headlight switch on or off it doesn't make a difference. Do you think I should change out the headlight switch? or...?
