I did change out the headlight/dimmer switch(glad I did because the dimmer was toast) and it didn't make a difference. I'll keep trying and if all else fails I'll just go back to the ol 194's
Maybe you need to restate or more specific about the problem. You said you "turn the ignition on" and "all the lights..............."
What exactly happens. What all lights and what all does not? Do any other switches affect them at all?
How do you KNOW the cluster is grounded? My idea of checking this IE is to probe the ground point on the PC board and put the other probe on a known ground. See if there is a voltage difference.
There are few things that could cause this, regardless of LED/ vs bulb
