Junkyard 5.9 mag with 92,000 miles. Just did rings and bearings, bores still looked great. Comp cam 230/236 duration at 0.50 with .507/.513 lift. EQ heads with stock sized valves. Air Gap intake with a Holley 750 DP, cheap summit headers to 2.5 inch exhaust to the bumper.
It has gone the quickest of 7.47 at 90 MPH with the old 8 3/4 with 3.91 gears. That would have been good for 11s had I been at a 1/4 mile track that day. Running an Ultimate 3,800 stall converter with a 275/60/15 MT SS street drag radial. Full interior and street trim. Weighed 3400 with me in it.
