Turns out it was already pretty close, orange cam, PV6.5 PVRC 0.0625 70/76 JETS, changed now 72/76. Found two other problems on tear down, one dirt ( clogged passage in meter block) and the floats down travel was limited by the tip of the accerator pump's plug.
Test drive: got my neck snapper back!
