So Axles are out at custom shop and should have them back soon. Project is tad bit stalled awaiting them so I took on another project :BangHead:
This one I was able to finish in the weekend. I have always hated garage doors because you can never have good lighting in all areas with them up. It covers at least a 3rd of your ceiling and cast a shadow over the front 3rd of the garage. Which sucks because I enjoy working in the garage at night with the door open. So I did this...
The first 2 pictures are with all the light in the garage as well as the door on. The last picture is the garage door LED's on only.
I think it turned out awesome. Now I'm still in the testing phase. If you notice the lights are different colors. I plan on going with the Bright White which is the two lower line, they have a bit my blue in them.
I installed a contact switch which only allows the lights to be on while the door is up and I wired that into the ceiling light and is operated with the ceiling light switch. So everything is all together and work in unison. (except for in picture #3 -test run)
No more shadows! :thumbsup:
