Either flange to flange on the bare housing or drum to drum (also wheel mount to wheel mount for a drum car) would be helpful to compare against the list to figure out what you’ve got.
An accurate 8 3/4" rear axle width list
5.5” of backspace sounds like it’s in the ballpark for a 15x7 though, puts it pretty much in the custom order wheel category.
