I was looking at my '73 Duster and contemplating the work required to move the leaf springs inboard. If I remember correctly, the new location puts them directly under the frame rail.

Where did you move your exhaust pipes as mine run under the frame?

Did you keep the stock gas tank or go to a trunk mounted fuel cell?

I kept the stock tank. I don't like tailpipes going over the axle and out the back. I like turndowns in front of the axle.

That's a 3 inch relocate.
FYI
There is a 3/4" relocate that leaves plenty of room for 3" tailpipes. I fit 325/50-15s into the factory tubs of my 68 Barracuda with those. It was tight at my lowered ride height. I had to get creative with the BFH in a couple of places on the inboard side, and on the outboard side, I curled the lip up. It works fine in straightline work, but I have to tone it down in the turns. I think it would be fine at factory ride-height. I narrowed the rear to use the common 15x10/4.5 BS wheels.
 
I have the stock gas tank w/ relocated springs & exhaust tips to the rear under the bumper. The tailpipe is a tight fit on the passenger side, but a good muffler shop shouldn't have trouble...

This was a Jeg's 2.5" exhaust kit for the A-body's ran over the axle and outside the leaf springs. I used Cuda muffler mounts to hang the exhaust tips from.
Some cutting and modifications will be required to get it to fit right.

The offset spring hanger kit moves em in approximately 3/4” on each side. As AJ says you should have plenty of room with this to go over the top and a pretty straight shot to the bumper. My 2 1\2” has tons of room. I’m running 275/50/15s with no rub issues on my 67 dart.

You two guys have got me wondering if my ebay gas tank is wider than stock, I have the 3/4" relocaters and don't have room for any tail pipes, " not that I want them. deadweight!

It kinda sounds like you don't want tailpipes to start with, so if you get together with a shop that doesn't want to do them, you're all good.
This usually means turn downs in front of axle, and lotsa crap off the road, blowing dirt all over otherwise nice cars. Cruise thru a show and shine with turndowns, where folks have spent hours shining/detailing their car, and your car becomes the target of every owner with a Key. .
I've actually seen cars with turn downs refused entry to the lot of a s/shine, and applaud it.

Nor mine, I was a judge in a car show once, never again, and probably wont ever go to one again. My pipes are big enough to not stir any thing up that is on the pavement anyway (not much backpressure) , no dirt road driving for it either, so that argument is moot . Key my car and you`ll get a hollow point.
