Does anyone have a pic of a wiper motor for a 68 barracuda. And does it have the 1/4 inch shaft or the larger shaft on the back where the arms connect? Thank you ,Joe

There are two different wiper motors...

Which one are you looking for???

I believe it does. Our 67 is 2spd variable and does not have a ballast resistor. I could be wrong....again lol

Sorry meant to get pic earlier. This is our 67 variable speed. 2 speed motor "points out" vs the variable speed "laying flat"
If u need more pics lemme know.

I'm thinking so too, I need to check my wiring harness to see if it has the connection to the ballast.

I do know mine was pointing out, but I don't remember if it had the ballast. I wished I could find it...I have looked everywhere and it's nowhere to be found.

Thank you for those links and pictures, I'm pretty sure it's the one pointing out with the ballast.View attachment 1715197217
I found a picture of my old wiper motor before I took everything off. And it is the one pointing out with the ballast resistor. And I found another wiper motor, but I have a question? What does the ballast resistor do and where can I get a new one?

Ballast is for low speed motor operation on the 2 speed wiper it drops the voltage through that ballast choked circuit to slow motor down. Not sure if its the same value as the ballast on the firewall for the ignition circuit.

Thank you, I guess I'll have to find one somewhere. I'm sure that shouldn't be that hard to find...maybe
