Flaming River Column Placement
Figured I would circle around on this. The car is factory power steering equipped. I ended up going with 37 inch length measuring from shaft end to the end of the column. I also have a 6 bolt steering wheel adapter that adds 2.5 inches. The Momo steering wheel mounts fairly flat to this. The slip style inner shaft gives me another 2 inches or so to work around steering wheel swap or power box changes.
The Flaming River swap isn't the cheapest option, for sure, but it is pretty straight forward. The tilt is nice too.
Wiring was a little different then the instructions. Included an image of my mapping.
