Thank you guys I have tried heat in the pic of the jack just to clarify the lca is against the crossmember the jack is on the kframe And the steel bar is going thru the lca on the back of the tbar. I'm pretty sure it would work but it keeps kicking out on me

Take it to someone who has a press and is willing to press it the rest of the way out for a small fee. Make your own press using your bottle jack and figure out how to position some scrap material is such a way as to hold the parts in position while you press it out. Remember the series McGiver on TV?
