Hi FABO Im a long way away from my 71 Duster and cant make a measurement. Im looking to find out the tallest round coolant recovery tank that would fit on rad support beside rad. Any body install one of these on there A body? Looking for the height measurement, Thanks

I installed a black poly one in the wheel well on the drivers side of my 71 duster lots of room under there ,and the tire does not hit it.

I would like to install it on the inside beside rad on passenger side, thanks for reply
 
I simply didnt have the room, so i had to find an alternative. From factory there was just a hose that ran down the side of the rad.
 
This tank is 3"x10". Bottom of tank is 2" above the top of the frame rail. 2.5" above tank to top of rad. '73 Duster. This tank is fine for my 408/3 row Champion (22") with Evans Coolant.

i have that same tank mounted in the same spot on a 72 340 duster with a 22 inch 3 core champion radiator.
 
You should be fine with the 22" radiator. I put the same thing in a 74 Duster with a 26" ECP radiator and it was a bear because there just wasn't alot of room to work. I almost pulled the radiator out to get it mounted. It does look good and works as expected. I wish I would have put the overflow tubing on before mounting, that was another fun task. I still had the charcoal canister there which didn't help matters.

Ho hum, all so boring.:D
Try a shotgun shell recovery tank. (I needed the volume for my 26" radiator.
