So you’re going directly down to the kickdown? Behind it? So it pulls the kickdown towards rear of vehicle? I’m trying to figure out how I’m going to do mine. Looks like it will work for me too. Thanks been wondering what to do with my set up.

Just get the Lokar or the ones off ebay. The way the one in the picture has a 1.5 inch pull. Very close to the stroke of my carb.
