Oh, I thought you mean MaMopar. I'm sure H-D has been powdercoating parts ever since the technology was in widespread use. Can't think of many large manufacturers that are not using it today, if they have the choice.
They powder coat a few pieces but it's typical limited prep and high volume results. It blasts right off as easy as paint, and if it was done right that wouldn't happen.
