Got the obdII port wired up today and came up with a total of 8 codes. 4 of which were evap that my ecu flasher forgot to take out of the computer when he flashed it.

So right now I'm chasing 2 throttle position/pedal position sensor faults in hopes that they are the only things keeping me from running.

If only I had read a little closer. I kind feel stupid seeing as i read over this site that Brandon put together probably hundreds of times. One just so happens to be the low reference and the other the 5v high reference. So to me it seems like the ECU is essentially thinking I have the gas floored while trying to start it, which is a no start criteria for ls motors. Guess we will see tomorrow. If it had been a snake it woulda bit me.
